CHEMICAL INJECTION QUILLS AND ATOMIZERS
Zazula Process Equipment Chemical Injection and Sampling Quills are used to insure rapid dispersal of injected chemicals into a process pipeline, or provide a good representative sample of a client’s process chemicals.
Refineries and chemical plants have counted on ZPE for over 40 years to supply complete fabricated injection and mixing assemblies, custom designed from the nozzle up.
- ZPE provides both retractable and permanent chemical injection and sampling quills
- A quill fitting can be incorporated in a static mixer spool design and alleviate the need for Mixing Tee’s
- All design and fabrication work is performed in house at our facility, ensuring all client specifications are incorporated during design, fabrication and inspection.
A variety of materials, sizes and connections are available when considering Injection Quill design.
- Connections can be flanged, threaded, or socket welded.
- Dispersement Nozzles – Full Cone, Hollow Cone, or Atomizing Dispersion nozzles.
- Custom Quill lengths upon request or by process specification.
- Mounting: 3/4″ Full Port Valve Minimum (Optional small diameter quills for reduced port valves under 3/4″) Each quill is customized and fabricated to each client specific process requirements.
- ZPE can weld utilizing any alloy that id determined best material for the process.
- Plastic and Polymer options are available.
- All design and fabrication work is performed in our facility, ensuring coordination through all phases of mechanical, performance, and inspection requirements are met with the highest standard.
This chemical injection quill, used in conjunction with the Zazula Static Mixer, will produce the desired mixture for your application.
ZPE provides both retractable / permanent means of chemical injection or process fluid sampling . Insertion of the quill can be adjusted to permit Injection/sampling at precisely the desired point within the process fluid. With a variety of nozzle and quill configurations available, we can meet your injection requirements.
